SAFE-TI: Falls Reduction Webinar Series

Falls are the leading cause of injury-related deaths in adults age 65 and older, regardless of their living situation. Studies show that the most successful fall reduction programs take a proactive approach in educating older adults on risk factors while providing specific interventions to address those factors.
This research-based webinar series uses Specific Assessment of Falls and Effective Therapeutic Interventions (SAFE-TI) as the foundation for a comprehensive falls reduction program. Each one-hour segment in this three-part series is dedicated to an essential component of an effectual plan.
