You are responsible for your own charges upon departure and must present a credit card at check in to access ancillary services.

Trade Show Cancellation Policy: To cancel registration or trade show space, exhibitors must provide written notice via email to Rob West at LeadingAge Oregon. A cancellation fee of 50% will apply to cancellations made before March 6, 2026. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after this date. This policy will be strictly enforced.
